Greek salad is a tasty mix of healthy ingredients including tomatoes, cucumber, green peppers, red onion, feta cheese and black olives. The dressing is also very simple, made with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and oregano to gives it an authentic Greek taste. A Greek salad can be eaten on it's own with some crusty bread, but more often it's served as a side dish with grilled fish, chicken or even a pizza.
